Welcome to Baste's café & wine bar in the middle of the nature reserve at Nordkoster

We are located in the historic yellow “Milton” building, which was once an important meeting place on the island. We offer a relaxed environment where you can enjoy a selection of wines, with a special focus on natural wine and biodynamic wine. We have a food menu consisting of delicious small dishes with a focus on pure ingredients that complement the wine experience. We serve breakfast every day with freshly baked goods, we have delicious coffee and ice cream in several varieties.
