Welcome to our heartland at Nordkoster!

Here you can have a coffee, a glass of lovely natural wine under the apple tree or have a late lunch or dinner in our garden with a view of the beautiful Kostersundet. All food is prepared on site and most of the ingredients come from our own gardens, local producers or the surrounding sea.

The beautiful house we live in was built by grandparents Anna and Ã…ke in the late 1940s.
Several of the dishes have connections to grandma and grandpa, other dishes are more experimental and combine Koster with the world around them.

Our long-leavened pizzas and fresh seafood are popular on the menu!

Sweden's westernmost cultural scene
We are Sweden's westernmost cultural scene. We have musical entertainment with artists who often have their own material. During periods we have art exhibitions, lectures, garden theater, cultural walks and more. The program is updated continuously and we publish our events on social media and on the website.

"The fact that we are a place for culture feels especially fun, because it has a connection to the history of the house," says Ulf, who runs the eco-shop. Grandpa played the accordion and over the years several musicians and artists have rented from grandma and grandpa.

Opening hours

Closed for the season and will reopen May 30, 2024!

We are located at Västra Bovägen 9, approximately 200 meters from Västra Bryggan on Nordkoster.

We also run the Kosterpodden, which can be listened to in apps or on the internet.
A warm welcome from Ulf and staff!
